'Expres-servis’ Building Company Ltd. for construction works was established in May 1991. Its founder and owner is Miodrag Bardic. The core activity of ’Expres-servis’ Building Company Ltd. from Subotica is providing high quality services in construction works from building to final works by applying knowledge and experience gained through long years of work.


We deliver high quality results, first and foremost, owing to our investments in human resources and equipment. ’Expres-servis’ Ltd. employs over 80 professionals of various profiles from the region, while the company's professional team comprises four licensed building engineers, three building engineers, four technicians and two economists. Beyond the abundant experience and knowledge of our employees, we also improve the technology of work by applying the necessary auxiliary equipment.


Quality services as a basic guideline in our operations, motivate us to always work more and better, since quality is never a product of coincidence, but the result of conception-based efforts and it is acknowledged in our company by the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, likewise OHSAS 18001:2007 quality systems since December 31st, 2015. At the same time, quality services are considered in our company as the major factor providing the opportunity of continious development.
